Buy our Cornish Honey

Our honey is as unadulterated as practically possible. The only thing we do is let it gently strain after extraction (to remove bits of wax etc) but keep all the goodies in terms of pollen and honey. As the honey is 'raw' and unprocessed, it will granulate over time - but that is a good sign! To get it runny again all you need to do is gently warm the honey to about 60 degrees C.

We extract the surplus honey from the supers, strain and then put the honey in jars - that's it, that's all we do. No ultra filtration, no heating, no blending of honey from different apiaries. Our honey comes from our one apiary here in West Cornwall so you can be sure that our honey tastes unique.
